REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Knowledge:
1. Strong knowledge of alumni and annual giving programs and services.
2. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. General knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
4. Personnel and Human Resources – General knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training

Physical Requirements and Working Environment:

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in alumni relations or annual giving in a higher education or non-profit setting.
