Responsibilities

This role involves demonstrating leadership ability responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of resident care, marketing, food service, housekeeping, and maintenance units. The Executive Director carries out supervisory responsibilities, including managing department leaders, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
