Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program. Responsibilities

Oversee Memory Care and Assisted Living operations, including the coordination of resident care, marketing, and facility maintenance. Manage department leaders and ensure overall operational direction in accordance with company policies.
