We are seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Executive Director to lead The Clarendale at Bellevue Place. What You’ll Do: Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing leadership team and staff. Oversee daily operations across all care units including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Ensure high standards of care, service delivery, and resident satisfaction Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices to support operational excellence. Maintain responsibility for financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and revenue optimization Monitor occupancy, labor, and operating metrics to ensure sustainability and growth Effectively interface with the Board of Directors by providing regular updates, strategic insights, and operational oversight What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field. 5+ years of senior leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related service industry. Proven experience leading teams, managing budgets, driving operational results. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting senior living communities.
