Description Conifer Park is looking for an Executive Director!! We are seeking a professional who is knowledgeable about the state of the art and science of substance abuse treatment. Familiarity with the current science driven MAT options for treatment as well as respect for achieving treatment goals of both sobriety and harm reduction. Leadership of clinical, medical, nursing and administrative services with an inpatient or large outpatient setting is helpful. The ideal person is results driven, creative, flexible and a clear communicator focused on building a strong team. Requirements The Executive Director should possess a Post Graduate Degree, with a minimum of five years of oversight of a substance use disorder facility or system. Licensed Master of Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) preferred. Experience in clinical program development as well as facility oversight, along with fiscal management and understanding is necessary. Experience with OASAS/SAMSHA, JCAHO accreditation and regulatory agencies is helpful. We offer excellent benefits, a generous PTO package as well as stock ownership in the company.
