The Executive Director of Data, AI & eCommerce Transformation will be a key architect of our digital strategy, driving enterprise-wide innovation and customer-centric transformation. This leader will shape the strategic roadmap for eCommerce, data intelligence, and AI integration across the Consumer Regional Bank (CRB), ensuring that every digital interaction is frictionless, personalized, and value-generating.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field.
  • 15+ years of executive experience in digital transformation, eCommerce leadership, and data strategy.
  • Proven success in leading enterprise-scale digital initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Deep expertise in AI, analytics, and customer-centric digital platforms.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Financial services experience with exposure to marketing, risk, compliance, and customer experience.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI, digital customer journeys, and conversion optimization.
  • Expertise in predictive modeling, personalization algorithms, and experimental design.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive presence.
