Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Executive Director provides strategic oversight and daily operational leadership for Peachtree Wellness Solutions’ Partial Hospitalization Program and Outpatient Detox/Withdrawal Management services. The Executive Director ensures the safe, compliant, and effective delivery of behavioral health and substance-use treatment, adhering to Joint Commission Behavioral Health Care standards, ASAM criteria, and all state/federal regulations. The Executive Director leads interdisciplinary teams, oversees clinical quality, ensures exceptional patient care, and drives organizational performance, growth, and culture. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a health-related field. Minimum of 2 years experience working in management within a behavioral health setting. Minimum of 2 years administrative and management setting familiarity with Performance Improvement and Joint Commission Standards necessary. Communication skills to relate to all levels of management staff. Self-motivated and confident Application of Continuous Quality Improvement/ Performance Improvement philosophy and ability to develop organizational strategy Job Duties: Supervises directors for all major departments (clinical, medical, operations) Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and joint commission standards and Evoraa policies and procedures. Coordinates with program administration Ensure all staff support the full continuum of care, ensuring transitions between levels of care to support clients' long-term recovery. Communicate critical administration and operational problems or concerns to the Regional Executive Director or VP of Operations. Work with the Human Resource Department on staffing, training, employee relations issues, performance evaluations, personnel file maintenance, documentation, and licensure requirements for facility staff. Formulates policies and strategic plans for future growth Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans Develop financial and tax strategies Manage the capital request and budgeting processes Develop performance metrics that support the company's strategic direction Oversee the issuance of financial information Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance. Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism with a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs. Oversees the budgeting for company Performs other duties assigned Work Environment: This position is an in-person/office work environment. There will be daily face-to-face interaction with staff and clients. The workday will vary, but it will often include sitting at a desk, working on a computer, meeting with clients, and completing paperwork.
