Responsible for the overall management and financial performance of the Community Provides hands-on supervision and empowers team members to consistently deliver high-quality care for our residents. Actively nurtures a motivating environment that encourages collaborative problem-solving and aims to enhance the overall satisfaction of every team member Ensures compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations Collaborates with the marketing and sales team to strategically oversee and enhance occupancy development Qualifications Qualifications: 3+ years experience in a healthcare leadership role.
