YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Key Responsibilities: Direct and coordinate all functions and phases of Housing Authority operations Serve as Secretary to the Board of Commissioners, supporting governance and strategic planning Implement Housing Authority policies related to property operations, management, maintenance, and the Housing Choice Voucher Program Ensure full compliance with HUD policies, regulations, and reporting requirements Lead all human resources functions, including recruitment, supervision, discipline, and staff development Direct planning, execution, and evaluation of all systems, programs, and operational activities Oversee financial management, including budgets, audits, investments, and ongoing performance tracking Here's what we need from you: At least 5 years of senior leadership experience, ideally within housing, government, or public-sector administration Demonstrated expertise in HUD programs, fiscal oversight, and operational leadership Preferred: Bachelor's degree in public or business administration or related field Master's degree This full‑time leadership role follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on‑call availability required when organizational needs arise.
