JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization towards achieving its mission and strategic goals. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, driving business development initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning capabilities, and a commitment to process improvement to ensure the organization thrives in a competitive landscape.
Work with Strategic Advisor until funding generated and enrollment growth to extend ED hours to full time and hire Artistic Director .

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a strong track record in leadership and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated expertise in operations management with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong business development skills with experience in negotiating contracts and building partnerships.
  • Excellent project management abilities with a focus on process improvement methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams while fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Arts Education Administration background preferred.

    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $25.49 - $35.77 per hour
    Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
