Perks and Benefits: * Pay $90,000-$100,000 per year * Location Caretta Senior Living Maplewood MN * Monday-Friday 830am-5pm * Full Benefits package. * Opportunities for professional development.  * Supportive work environment with a focus on employee wellbeing.  Executive Director Responsibilities: * The Executive Director collaborates with department directors to establish performance and operational objectives, offering continuous support to foster their professional growth and sustain a high-performing leadership team within the community. * Tracks financial performance and participates in creating annual budgets, ensuring monthly compliance. * Reviews monthly financial statements and oversees resident billing processes. * Establishes an environment conducive to quality services and high customer satisfaction. * Engages with residents and families regularly, fostering and upholding positive relationships through effective communication, addressing concerns, and conducting satisfaction surveys. * Maintains excellent customer service standards and encourages all employees to do the same. * Assists marketing staff in implementing effective strategies and monitors occupancy data. * Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations within the community.   Executive Director Qualifications: * Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) or Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE) by BELTSS Board * Proficient in verbal and written communication with a focus on excellence. * Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for efficient task management. * Basic understanding of accounting principles to aid in financial tasks. * Capable of organizing and prioritizing multiple projects effectively. * Skilled in maintaining confidentiality of personnel, financial, and sensitive information. * Demonstrates tactfulness in interactions with residents, families, staff, and various stakeholders. * Adhere to organizational policies and procedures. * Possesses a valid driver’s license, with an acceptable driving record, and has access to a vehicle.
