Position Overview
The Executive Director provides strategic leadership and operational management for MASRC, overseeing programs that support the sport and recreation needs of Aboriginal communities across Manitoba. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this role involves strategic planning, financial oversight, governance, community engagement, and advocacy, with a focus on fostering a respectful, inclusive, and culturally aligned organization.
