Your next career opportunity This is an exceptional opportunity for an internationally recognised clinical academic leader to shape the future of health research translation across one of Victoria’s most significant health and research partnerships. In this role, you will drive strategic collaboration across health services, research institutes and universities, delivering meaningful impact for patients while influencing health policy at state and national levels. You will operate at the forefront of system-wide reform, guiding a high-performing partnership to translate research into improved health outcomes at scale. What you will deliver: Strategic leadership and governance: Set the strategic direction of the partnership, working closely with the Board to deliver on organisational priorities and long-term impact. Sector influence and partnership development: Build and sustain influential relationships across member organisations, government and key stakeholders to advance the research translation agenda. Operational and financial stewardship: Ensure the effective and sustainable operation of the partnership, with oversight of performance, risk and financial management. Organisational leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and impact. You may be a great fit if: You are an internationally recognised clinical academic leader with a strong track record in senior leadership roles within research-led clinical environments. Proven experience setting and delivering strategy within large, complex organisations, with oversight of people, performance and financial management. Exceptional stakeholder engagement capability, with the ability to influence across health services, research, government and community sectors. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments, leading through ambiguity and driving alignment around a clear strategic vision. A track record of leading transformational change and delivering impact at scale.
