We’re seeking a talented and passionate Executive Director to lead Middleton Glen.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Directs and coordinates the activities of Middleton Glen toward the achievement of established objectives. Is accountable for the operations of the organization, its fiscal management its marketing efforts and community outreach.
Pay: Starts at $75,000k / annually

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Lead and develop staff: Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and training to performance evaluation and feedback, to ensure adequate staffing and a high-performing team.
• Oversee program and policy development: Direct the creation, implementation, and evaluation of departmental programs, facility policies, and procedures to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Manage operational and financial health: Assist with preparing and implementing operating budgets, monitoring financial reporting, and managing risk to maintain a solid financial position for the organization.
• Ensure compliance and uphold standards: Guarantee that all programs, policies, and actions comply with governmental regulations and guidelines, and maintain necessary licenses and certificates.
• Facilitate communication and representation: Organize and conduct staff and board meetings, and act as a liaison between residents, the Board of Directors, and community stakeholders.

About you:

• Must be experienced in facility operations, financial management, and property management.
• Proven ability to lead staff and develop programs while ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance and all governmental guidelines.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or 3-5 years of direct experience in this field.
