Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and clinical leadership for the palliative care program. Deliver direct patient care while balancing administrative responsibilities. Strengthen relationships with referral partners and community providers. Monitor quality and performance metrics to drive program growth and improvement. Requirements What We’re Looking For MSN with APN certification; unrestricted NP license preferred. Significant NP experience in palliative care, geriatrics, hospice, or serious illness care. Demonstrated leadership in clinical or practice settings. Strong clinical judgment, calm under pressure, and a steady, patient-centered presence.
