POSITION SUMMARY:
Within a defined geographic region of the Y in Central Maryland, the Executive Director of Annual Giving is responsible for leveraging the Y’s membership base in support of philanthropy and social impact.
Specifically, the Executive Director of Annual Giving is responsible for:
The Executive Director of Annual Giving is an integral member of the Y’s Development team and works closely with Y Family Center and Social Responsibility operational leadership, as well as Marketing. Focusing on “member-donors” with a capacity for increased giving, the Director of Annual Giving is expected to raise at least $500,000 annually as a primary or secondary campaigner.
