Description

We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and forward-thinking Financial & Business Analyst to support the CEO in strategic decision-making. This individual will work closely with department directors and gain hands-on experience in evaluating operational performance, identifying growth opportunities, and developing measurable business metrics.
PrimeCare Managers is a division of Triad, a holding corporation overseeing a growing portfolio of healthcare-related businesses. These include medical groups, home health, rehabilitation, hospice care, and value-based and risk management services. With a strong presence across Northeast Texas and Southern Arkansas, our mission is to deliver high-quality, coordinated care by integrating smart analytics and leadership into our operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting (required)
  • Background in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required
  • Must be an analytical thinker who can quickly understand complex systems
  • Proven ability to recognize inefficiencies and propose effective solutions
  • No general business degrees or backgrounds will be considered
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interdepartmental collaboration
  • Demonstrated potential for future leadership within the organization

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE

  • Corporate Finance: 10 years (Required)
  • Healthcare Management: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Operational Efficiencies: 5 years (Required)
