QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive or senior leadership role within a complex, multi-site healthcare or mission-driven organization.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute enterprise-level human capital strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Expertise in organizational transformation, culture change, leadership development, and strategic workforce planning.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the CEO and Executive Team to develop and execute organizational strategies focused on workforce capability, culture, and engagement.
  • Lead a multi-year human capital strategy to support growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Drive initiatives in culture transformation, leadership development, and change management.
  • Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance, organizational development, and HR analytics.
  • Design and manage total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring fiscal responsibility.
  • Implement succession planning for key leadership roles to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain a robust learning and development framework to enhance leadership capacity and employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HRSA requirements, Joint Commission standards, and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to align staffing models with patient care needs and financial sustainability.
  • Promote FHC’s mission and values, fostering a culture of respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen FHC’s employer brand through innovative talent marketing and competitive workforce programs.
