Position Summary: This Executive Director of the Institute and New Business is integral to executing the company’s enterprise leadership development strategy, building a strong leadership bench for succession, and ensuring programs align with organizational priorities and evolving business needs. This is a leadership role responsible for both the strategic development of organizational institutes and the design, growth, and oversight of professional training and fellowship programs. This position is intentionally structured as a split role between institute leadership and training/program development, requiring a balance of strategic vision, relationship-building, operational management, and regulatory oversight. The role also involves occasional travel to support program initiatives, partnerships, and organizational priorities. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong working relationships with the leadership of each Institute to understand their mission, priorities, and language. Develop and oversee business plans for each Institute, including goals, purpose, strategies, and measurable outcomes. Identify key initiatives across Institutes and lead project management efforts to ensure timely and effective execution. Manage Institute budgets, including overall financial planning, allocation of resources, and fiscal oversight. Serve as a strategic thought partner to Institute leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term sustainability. Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, universities, and training partners. Design, build, and oversee integrative training, internship, and fellowship programs. Ensure all training programs remain compliant with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements specific to each discipline. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen training pipelines and promote professional development excellence. Develop and oversee new business plans for incoming programs to The Collective. Oversee the start of new businesses, being the main contact for all incoming new business. Responsibilities
