Consistently counsels field staff members to provide exceptional customer service. Demonstrates thorough knowledge and adherence to Connect Pediatrics’ policies and procedures. Holds nurses accountable for carrying out all non-clinical policies and procedures. Maintains active involvement in cost containment issues and effectively utilizes nurses when assigning cases. Participates with the Clinical Supervisor in the performance management of the nursing staff. Provides leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, continually monitoring, and thoroughly evaluating the services given to clients. Demonstrates communicating effectively, expressing ideas clearly, and actively listening. Day-To-Day Job Duties: Manage staffing. Work with team members to ensure all patients are adequately staffed. Maintain labor percentage in-line with company goals. Manage field nurse OT percentage in-line with company goals. Hire and train new operations team members as needed. Manage recruiting efforts. Ensure the office is meeting staffing goals. Manage all job postings (Job postings should be revised and updated weekly and reviewed for accuracy at the beginning and end of each week). Manage involvement in career fairs Manage new patient on-boarding. Meet new families. Primary non-clinical contact for all new patients and new nurses coming over with the case until the patient is fully onboarded. Manage client and employee retention efforts Manage client and office relations. Ensure nursing supplies, hotspots, Chromebooks, birthday gifts, etc., are timely delivered. Assist with managing nurse and office employee bonus structures Assist with office team-building events Manage new employee onboarding/orientations. Meet new nurses that come through orientation. Help conduct orientations as needed. Assist in marketing events.
