The Executive Director, People & Culture (P&C) – Global Commercial Operations (GCO) is a key strategic advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer and the Leadership Team of General Managers across all European Affiliates. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the P&C strategy for GCO, ensuring alignment with Almirall’s global business objectives and corporate culture. The P&C Executive Director GCO reports directly to the Chief People Officer and is a key member of the Global P&C Leadership Team and GCO Leadership Team. The role leads a team of P&C Directors and Senior Director across major European markets and Partners. t is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and cultural transformation across a complex, matrixed, and international commercial environment.
