Titan SenQuest Management, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director for Brentmoor Retirement Community, an Independent and Assisted Living community in St. Louis, MO. Our ideal candidate will have experience as an Executive Director/Administrator in both assisted and independent living. The Executive Director is responsible to develop a positive, safe work environment for all employees to grow and serve our residents; operate a fiscally sound organization that produces budgeted revenue while controlling costs; and serve as an advocate for the seniors in the surrounding community. The Executive Director will be a high energy, team oriented, inspiring leader who will build outstanding working relations with the management team.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Provides leadership for the community, train and develop department leaders.
· Provides exceptional service to our residents and maintains high resident satisfaction.
· Oversees the management of each department to assure that each department is operating within the state regulatory guidelines.
· Performs daily walk-throughs of building and grounds to assure that the building presents in the best light possible and to interact with residents, staff, and visitors to promote customer satisfaction. Maintains outreach and education within the community at large, creating positive relationships and marketing opportunities.
· Provides proper orientation and initial training, and ongoing in-service education to meet the needs of staff and the regulatory requirements.
· Maintains confidentiality of all pertinent personal or health information concerning residents and staff.
· Participates in weekly sales activities with marketing team.
· Establishes strong relationships with residents and their families.
· Monitors budget and expenditures.
· Responds to resident comments and assigns tasks to address those concerns.
· Creates a positive and welcoming culture for residents, staff, families, and visitors.
Job Qualifications
· Valid Assisted Living Administrator’s license, issued by the State of Missouri.
· Minimum of 3 years as an Executive Director/Administrator in assisted living and independent living.
· Knowledge of Missouri Assisted Living regulations.
· Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and assertiveness skills.
· Must have a passion for seniors.
· Must demonstrate high standards of ethics and personal accountability.
· General knowledge of marketing.
· General knowledge of business accounting.
· General knowledge of life enrichment programs.
· General knowledge of facility/grounds maintenance.
· General knowledge of food service and safe food handling practices.
· Effectively communicate in English with residents and other employees.
· Follow all OSHA, Fire, Health Department and safety requirements.
