REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Business/Health Services Administration/Human Services with experience in health care / senior living field. Bachelor Degree may be substituted with work experience and an Associates in Science Degree.
Experience: Prefer four (4) years’ experience providing residential care to the elderly or similar experience with specialized dementia care programs.
Licensure/Certification: Certification such as Certified Assisted Living Manager, Certified Assisted Living Administrator, or Nursing Home Administrator IS required of this position per state regulations. Certified Dementia Practitioner Preferred.
