WHAT YOU'LL DO * Provide overall leadership and direction for the community's daily operations * Promote a culture focused on quality care, service excellence, and resident satisfaction * Lead, mentor, and support department leaders and team members * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations * Foster strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and community stakeholders * Monitor operational performance and implement strategies that support organizational goals * Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and resource management * Champion employee engagement, retention, and professional development initiatives * Collaborate with corporate leadership to drive continuous improvement and organizational success * Serve as an ambassador for Brookestone View within the community QUALIFICATIONS * Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required * Prior Administrator experience preferred * Strong knowledge of skilled nursing operations, regulations, and compliance requirements * Proven leadership, coaching, and team development abilities * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Strategic thinker with strong business and operational acumen * Commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for residents and team members WHY BROOKESTONE VIEW?
