EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR The Executive Director leads all operations of an RM community, ensuring exceptional resident care, staff development, and regulatory compliance. This role drives community engagement, oversees financial and operational performance, and implements strategic initiatives to support the success and reputation of the community. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in senior living or housing management and a proven track record of achieving results. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Oversee all community operations, including financial performance, business operations, and employee performance. * Ensure residents receive outstanding service throughout the sales, move-in, and ongoing care process. * Maintain budgeted occupancy through marketing, community tours, events, and social media. * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. * Lead and supervise department heads: Marketing, Life Enrichment, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Housekeeping. * Implement staff performance improvement plans, retention strategies, and ongoing training. * Manage payroll, employee files, work comp, FMLA, and unemployment claims. * Monitor community finances including budget, food costs, receivables, billing, and collections. * Build relationships with agencies, service providers, and stakeholders to strengthen community presence. * Collaborate with executive leadership to set strategic direction and goals for the housing group. Required Qualifications * Minimum of 5 years leading staff and managing a business. * High level of independent problem-solving skills. * Ability to lift/carry objects weighing up to approximately 30 lbs. or more.  * Excellent written and verbal English language skills. * Sensitive to the needs and concerns of the senior population. * Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, and appropriately adjust messaging dependent on audience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year accredited University. * Payroll and budget management experience. * Health care experience.  * Experience in working with senior adults.
