POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an Executive Director to lead our growing senior living community in beautiful Whitefish, Montana. While our setting offers peaceful surroundings, it’s our commitment to exceptional care and heartfelt service that truly sets us apart.
At The Springs at Whitefish, you’ll lead a community of 78 thoughtfully designed homes, including 57 assisted living apartments and 21 memory care residences. We’re looking for a leader who is a relationship-builder, effective communicator, and problem-solver—someone who believes in doing the right thing and inspiring others to do the same!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maintain and operate within the approved community budget
  • Build and sustain a strong, stable team through effective hiring, training, supervision, and support
  • Provide ongoing education and training for staff, including meeting all regulatory requirements
  • Oversee consistent assessment and fulfillment of resident needs through screenings and service plans
  • Guide each department toward its mission and operational goals
  • Respond promptly and effectively to resident, team, or community needs after hours
  • Complete monthly financial variance reports in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of assisted living and memory care regulations
  • Current ALF/RCF Administrator license preferred
  • Experience managing multiple departments and competing priorities
