SUMMARY

We are seeking an Executive Driver/Admin Assistant to join our team at Delight Supported Living Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of safe driving and exceptional customer service skills with experience driving executive vehicles. The incumbent will be responsible for providing transportation for the Director to and from meetings, events, and other business-related functions. Whilst they are not driving, they will be providing administration support to the office or the Director when away from the office.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional chauffeur, with a strong track record of safe driving and exceptional customer service
  • must hold the full UK driving licence for a minimum of 3 years
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for this position.
  • Must be flexible. – weekends and nights
  • Familiarity with, experience and confidence driving luxury vehicles, e.g. Rolls Rolls-Royce Ghost
  • Good at timekeeping
  • Well presented
  • Above the age of 25 for insurance purposes
  • must have admin/clerical experience
  • Well-travelled with knowledge of UK roads
  • DBS Check
  • Live within Hertfordshire or willing to relocate prior to start, an added advantage if lives close to Letchworth Garden City and Hitchin

Responsibilities
  • Safely and responsibly operate the Director’s vehicles to transport them to various destinations, following all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of the Director and other passengers at all times
  • Provide reliable, on-time transportation for the Director to and from meetings, events, and other business-related functions
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance and ensure it is always maintained in excellent condition.
  • Document and report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly.
  • Keep the vehicle clean
  • Assist the Director with any necessary tasks related to transportation or administration
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all information related to the Director and their activities.
  • Support the admin team when not driving the Director..
