Remuneration will depend on your experience and is negotiable.  Shift Executive – Dye House   We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Dye House Shift Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing dyeing operations during assigned shifts, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.   If you are passionate about achieving operational excellence and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we invite you to apply and become a part of our team.   Job Responsibilities –  * Plan and carry out daily production work to meet targets. * Maintain RFT (Right First Time) to reduce errors and improve quality. * Handle and supervise weft knitting and fabric dyeing processes. * Support color matching to ensure correct shades. * Operate and monitor dye machines properly. * Work with planning and production teams for smooth operations. * Always follow health and safety rules. * Maintain 5S practices to ensure workplace organization and efficiency.     Candidate Profile – * A bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./NDT) in Textile Engineering or a Diploma in Textile Technology from a recognized university or institute. * A minimum of three (03) years’ experience in fabric weft knitting operations, with proven ability in maintaining Right First Time (RFT) standards and sound knowledge of color matching techniques. * Strong technical knowledge of fabric dyeing machines and related operating systems.     If you think you have what it takes to be successful in this challenging role, please apply via email to careers@hayleysfabric.com [careers@hayleysfabric.com] indicating the position applied for on the subject line of the email. Responsibilities
