Shift Executive – Dye House We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Dye House Shift Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing dyeing operations during assigned shifts, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. Job Responsibilities – * Plan and carry out daily production work to meet targets. * Maintain RFT (Right First Time) to reduce errors and improve quality. * Handle and supervise weft knitting and fabric dyeing processes. * Support color matching to ensure correct shades. * Operate and monitor dye machines properly. * Work with planning and production teams for smooth operations. * Always follow health and safety rules. * Maintain 5S practices to ensure workplace organization and efficiency. Candidate Profile – * A bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./NDT) in Textile Engineering or a Diploma in Textile Technology from a recognized university or institute. * A minimum of three (03) years’ experience in fabric weft knitting operations, with proven ability in maintaining Right First Time (RFT) standards and sound knowledge of color matching techniques. * Strong technical knowledge of fabric dyeing machines and related operating systems. Responsibilities
