EDUCATION:

Promote safety and quality education and awareness across various departments in NSM by organizing Staff & Contractor Engagement efforts through Safety & Quality Workshops, monthly Safety Protected Time (SPT), bi-weekly Safety & Quality Talk (SQ Talk), yearly Staff Safety & Quality Engagement (Safety Day and Safety Night) and quarterly Contractor Safety Engagement etc.

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant experience. (or)
   Diploma in engineering or management discipline with 10 years of relevant experience.
2. Experience in organizing Safety & Quality Programmes and managing Award Nominations will be advantageous.
3. Experience in operations & maintenance industrial environment or railway industry is preferred.

SKILLS

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong command of English language for compliment story crafting and report writing.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders and all levels of staff.
• Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, organized, able to work independently and a good team player.
• Meticulous with good attention to details and possess good time management.
• Service oriented in communicating and collaborating with internal and external parties.

JOB PURPOSE
