Description
Position purpose: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive, Employee Experience to support HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training coordination, payroll support, and administrative functions. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR processes and enhancing the overall employee experience. Key responsibilities: Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities, including job posting and interview coordination. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and employee welfare programs. Liaise with external vendors and service providers for training programs and engagement activities. Support training operations, including registration, documentation, and compliance submissions. Prepare and compile data from Retail teams for payroll processing. Perform HR administrative duties such as PO creation, expense claims, reporting, and office supply management. Supervise interns and support part-time staff coordination as assigned Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Employee Experience, or HR Administration. Prior exposure to recruitment coordination, training administration, payroll support, or employee engagement activities is preferred. Basic to intermediate proficiency in English communication. Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-driven mindset. AL , PH , Provident Fund, Group Insurance ,and Dental claims
