We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to establish and sustain an effective relationship with the production & production support departmental employees in order to create a healthy environment to reduce absenteeism & labour turnover whilst motivating and increasing employee engagement for the organization to meet the efficiency objectives KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sustain a good relationship with the employees of the respective sections in the production floor in order to maintain the unauthorized absenteeism & labour turnover as agreed by the business Assist in creating a productive and focused environment in the relevant production sections in order for the production process to run smoothly Collate the absenteeism & turnover information for report preparation in making decisions Develop and execute measures to uplift the women empowerment in the plant through the WGB initiative to promote equality KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree in Human resource Management Handling absenteeism and LTO Organizing and conducting employee engagement activities Experience in grievance handling Understanding of disciplinary procedures and domestic inquiries
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities involve sustaining positive relationships with production employees to manage absenteeism and labor turnover according to business targets. This role also requires assisting in creating a productive environment and developing initiatives to promote women's empowerment.
