Description

We are a company incorporated in Singapore with regional offices and projects. The company provides simulation services in the Environmental, Construction, Turbomachinery, etc industries. We are expanding and are looking for candidates with an inquisitive mind, passion for engineering and programming, and deft hands working with simulation software.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Building Science or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of building physics, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.
  • Good understanding of physics, principles, and applications of CFD with commercial CFD software, experience in using Star-CCM+ or OpenFOAM will be an advantage.
  • Candidates with prior relevant experience will be considered for the senior position.

Responsibilities
  • To use Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software in building performance simulation for applications such as natural ventilation, wind-driven rain, ACMV, etc.
  • To prepare 3D model, simulation set-up as well as post-process as part of the CFD analysis process.
  • To liaise with clients to understand simulation requirements and deliverables.
  • To perform technical research, gather information and develop appropriate simulation methodology.
  • To prepare technical reports for presentation to clients, fellow team members, etc.
