Executive -Engineering -Ekala Plant Job Responsibilities: * Managing day-to-day manufacturing operations of all products efficiently and preparing an efficient maintenance schedule for all production operations * Improving plant safety and good engineering practices to minimize hazards and accidents * Report progress, challenges, and seek advice from senior engineers on complex technical issues. * Auditing every process, equipment and monitoring compliance to applicable practices * Resolving all maintenance issues & recommending improvements of the production lines * Fair knowledge of Hydraulic/pneumatic and PLC controls * Automation experience Candidate Profile: * National Diploma in Technology (NDT), NDES, HNDE or similar qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering * At least 2-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment * Strong problem-solving skills & should have excellent technical knowledge * Good communication & presentation skills * Preference will be given to those who are from Ekala/ Negombo/ Gampaha or around proximity
