Job Responsibilities * Reduce maintenance (MNT) costs through effective maintenance practices. * Carry out modifications and improvements to increase plant capacity and efficiency. * Maintain adequate spare parts inventory to support uninterrupted operations. Provide on-the-job training (OJT) for engineering crew to enhance technical skills. * Attend to plant breakdowns promptly and ensure quick restoration of operations * Monitor equipment performance and implement preventive maintenance activities. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and productivity. Person’s Profile * Bachelors or NDT in the field of Mechanical Engineering or similar qualification from a recognized University * Knowledge on preventive and corrective maintenance and condition based monitoring activities * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity * Ability on weekly/ daily maintenance planning and identify specifications of engineering spares * Ability to work well in both team-oriented and self-directed environments * Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills If you think you have what it takes to be successful in this challenging role, please apply now..
