JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the Professional Engineer in coordinating, preparing, and following up on Authority Submissions.
• Collaborate closely with Clients, Architects, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and other stakeholders to develop designs from conceptual stages through to detailed design.
• Identify and address any discrepancies in design outcomes.
• Carry out tasks within the agreed budget and schedule with minimal supervision.
• Take full responsibility for completing key design elements across various building services, including ACMV, HVAC, plumbing and sanitary, electrical, ELV, and fire protection systems.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of BIM modeling practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Well-versed in local building codes and authority submission processes.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
