Job Description Track, trace, submit, review, print, and deliver electronic documents for all U.S. Cotton shipments including but not limited to Ocean bills of lading, AES export filings, and Phytosanitary applications and certifications. Communicate directly with warehouses, ocean carriers, and agents on behalf of LDC. Collaborate with both internal and external sources to resolve issues and maintain committed relationships. Assist with developing standard operating procedures from initial shipment to printing documentation. Coordinate with other team members to improve the documentation process and place LDC as the leader of automating and communicating electronic documentation globally.
