Responsibilities Include: * Enter custom and stock orders and assist customers with information on all Client’s products and brands. * Ensures timely response to customers regarding claims, problems, order information or other information relating to order entry. * Exhibits and understands the quality goals of Client. * Exhibits a willingness to reach target goals for performance and production purposes. * Exhibits professional and courteous demeanor, technical accuracy and conformance to company policies and practices. * Recommends corrective services to adjust customer concerns. * Has knowledge of pricing structures and programs. * Knows their customers and understands their method of doing business. * Works within the team as a resource and to ensure workflow procedures are carried out expeditiously. Suggests improvements to systems and procedures. * Other work as assigned by management.   Requirements: * Graduation Minimum; B.E/B.Tech degree preferred. * Entry-level position; 1-4 years Customer Service experience, MIS preferred. * Pool industry experience preferred; previous experience in manufacturing, distribution, design, and/or customer service would be a plus. * Excellent computer skills…Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite…Word and Excel. * Excellent eye for details and interpersonal skills. * Excellent geometry and ability to do quick math calculations  * Multi-Tasking and Organizational Skills. * Displays a professional appearance. * Ability to work overtime as required.
