JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management on progress toward international sales goals.
  • Lead negotiations with international clients, ensuring favourable terms and closing deals to drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners to foster long-term business collaborations.
  • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to align international sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that all international sales activities comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in international sales or a similar role, preferably from Food Industry or FMCG sector.
  • Required language(s): English, Malay and Chinese.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in international markets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform market research and competitor analysis.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
