JD for Facilitator Role Objectives Key role for owning the learning cycle, right from engaging with stakeholders to understand the learning needs, curating content within a competency framework, delivering the content using innovative facilitation style and ensuring alignment with the organizational learning objectives. Key Responsibilities Build strong networks with stakeholders to identify training needs, ensure timely generation of requirements, learner nominations, effectiveness reporting and feedback Identify gaps in skills and competencies, identify main training needs and prepare the training plan for the entire organization Conduct train the trainer modules to build internal network of trainers, ensure implementation at scale Design customised programs for high potentials and future leaders in alignment with the organization vision and plans Build strong external networks as the training best practice is implemented in the organization Build the coaching and mentoring networks in the organization Provides inputs to the Learning Strategy and the development of specific development plans Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices Monitor the best practices in the training area and introduce it in the organization Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants Create٫ review and disseminate training material٫ such as instructional notes٫ feedback forms and so on Prepare reports on training activities and results Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them Skills & Requirements Excellent knowledge of talent management and career paths Familiarity with Learning Management Software (LMS) Ability to conduct training needs assessment procedures Familiarity with training techniques Ability to research current trends and imbibe best practices in a contextual manner Good organizational and communication skills Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and deliverables within the stipulated time frame Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resource Management or relevant field Proven 5+ years of experience as a Training Facilitator or similar role
