Executive ‐ Factory Auditor (3 months contract) (MAS KREEDA INTIMO BASED AT BIYAGAMA) MAS KREEDA, is a division of MAS Holdings, exclusively producing high-performance sportswear for Nike. With manufacturing facilities in Jordan, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka, MAS KREEDA delivers a competitive edge by offering quick market access and ensuring top-tier quality control. The division's product range includes Bodywear, Knit, Fleece, Tees, Woven, Sweaters, Engineered Knit, and Bras, showcasing its diverse expertise in sportswear manufacturing. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to ensure all Customer quality procedures are adhered to from the receipt of cut panels to the assembly and dispatch of completed garments in order to facilitate non-rejection of garments to Customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage NCA team based in plants by allocating responsibilities to carry out daily operations such as morning walk, inline audits, Final audits, PP meeting participation to ensure smooth flow of operations. Evaluate the internal quality management system through audits to prevent defects and drive continuous improvement. Support and get involved in the development process in order to obtain an understanding of the new products and ensure customer requirements are met. Conduct KAPM (Key Account Planning Meeting) sample audits to ensure products meet the recommended quality requirements as per the Reference Sample and NIKE website whilst re-viewing size set samples. Conduct final audits for all Nike styles and ensure timely submission of related reports, including monthly updates, internal QRS and wash test results, and defect analyses to relevant teams and authorities. Ensure product safety by understanding and following customer and factory requirements, maintaining proper documentation, educating employees, and giving special attention to shipment products. Timely compile and analyze customer policies, files, and factory files, and share the findings with relevant personnel to support decision-making. Participate in regular Factory management forums and share the performance of Nike final audits, Morning Walk and inline audit status in a timely manner to ensure plant teams take necessary actions accordingly. Conduct training programs for Trainee NCA’s in order to enhance their skills or knowledge whilst following up with the Trainees in order to ensure Mock audits are completed in a timely manner. Support smooth operations by building a strong quality team through training, maintaining and improving grading systems, staying updated on requirements, and following up on corrective and preventive actions. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree or Diploma in Textiles or Garment Technology or related field from a recognized Institute. 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience. NCA Certification would be advantageous. Good IT literacy and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
The Executive - Factory Auditor will manage the NCA team to ensure quality procedures are followed throughout the manufacturing process. They will conduct audits, support product development, and ensure compliance with customer requirements to prevent defects.
