Description
Roles & responsibilities: Manage day-to-day timecard activities, including verification and recording in the system. Understand the timesheet workflow and client-specific schedules for timecard submission. Collect approved timecards and ensure accuracy in ST/OT hours, in line with payroll policies as per US Federal laws. Identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and follow up on missing or delayed timecards. Analyze data trends of pending/approved timecards and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution. You should be able to address queries or complaints related to timecard discrepancies. Ensure all employee time and attendance records are submitted within deadlines as per SLA. Coordinate with internal and external teams to research and resolve rejected timecards and other timesheet related issues. Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients for timely submissions. Qualification and Education requirements: Bachelor/master’s degree in commerce Must have skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English. Exceptional interpersonal and coordination skills. Prior experience in Finance or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of Excel is essential. High attention to detail and accuracy in task execution Willingness to engage in a communication-intensive role. Preferred skills: Conflict resolution and persuasion abilities. Strong active listening and problem-solving capabilities - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
