A Finance Executive handling MCST’s cashflow and liquidity management oversees the organization’s cash inflow and outflow, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet obligations while optimizing cash utilization and managing financial risks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in handling cash flow, accounts payables and receivables
• Relevant experiences in real estate management and MCST is preferred
• Well experienced in handling high volume of transactions
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software, financial systems and MS Excel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
