About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Executive - Account Payable to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: • Generate statements for third-party outlets and summaries for credit tips distribution. • Validate and finalize incentive and commission schedules submitted by departments, ensuring accuracy. • Compile salary deductions from staff bars and other outlets, preparing necessary documentation. • Manage team member telephone deductions and post commission and incentive journal vouchers to the Sun system. • Prepare month-end revenue reconciliation summaries with Opera and the SUN system, reconcile guest, accounts receivable, and deposit ledgers, and post month-end telephone journal vouchers to the Sun system. • Prepare daily revenue reconciliation reports comparing Opera and Sun systems, as well as Symphony versus Opera.
