About the role : This role focuses on Accounts Receivable and Revenue Operations, overseeing the entire cash cycle from accurate and timely invoicing to diligently following up on outstanding payments and managing month-end closing reports. Roles and Responsibilities • Good understanding/experience of the Accounts Receivable/Revenue Ops function • Month-end closing report activity • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and follow up on outstanding invoices to minimize overdue payments • Monitoring customer account details for reconciliation of ledgers, balance confirmation non- payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities • Coordinate with merchants/Brands to understand and address queries/concerns around EMI/Cashback transactions raised by internal or external stakeholders • Review the open tickets assigned and reply to queries related to the tickets • Escalate EMI transaction Cashback related discrepancies with the partner banks or internally • Tracking and publishing relevant MIS on a regular basis Mandatory Qualification:  Graduate (BCom/BBM/MCom) with 0-2 years’ experience  Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and accounting principles.  Good Knowledge of MS Excel  Good English Communication skills Verbal and written Razorpay believes in and follows an equal employment opportunity policy that doesn't discriminate on gender, religion, sexual orientation, colour, nationality, age, etc. We welcome interests and applications from all groups and communities across the globe.
