We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to execute operational duties and support the smooth the FG Operations by coordinating the smooth inflow / outflow of materials, coordinate with internal/ external parties to meet business requirements whilst ensuring finished garments are packed, cartooned, and ready for dispatch in an accurate and timely manner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure smooth functioning of the finished goods shipment process to meet customer requirements, attend to transportation requirements, liaise with relevant parties to deliver expected quality goods on a timely basis. Reconcile daily actual output against the target output according to shipment plan whilst informing the management of reasons for any variations. Ensure that the quantities are ready on time and are shipped as per the cut ship quantities and ensure that the budged sold hour target is achieved and maintained whilst, giving feedback to management for any deviations of same Update all shipping and customer reports in a timely and accurate manner to facilitate well-informed decision making. Lead, direct and motivate the team, monitor performance/ provide feedback whilst taking steps to develop their skills. Ensure strict adherence to organizational standards and warehouse processes such as SOPs, Compliance standards, health and safety and 5S in all areas/ activities whilst fulfilling customer compliance requirements. Follow BPU audit requirements related to FGW, facilitate and support BPU audits by conducting a physical verification of stock quantity on receipt of Stock Reconciliation Report whilst, segregating garments as per Brand Protection Unit requirements. Oversee and manage the operations of the relevant shift, whilst coordinating as required with the management to highlight any discrepancies / shortfalls in a timely and accurate manner, whilst communicating as required with the relevant commercial personnel. Regular inspection of fall protection measures, good material handling practices, working condition of lifting devices to ensure safe workplace setting. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree/ National Diploma in Store Management or Logistics. 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience. Good communication, Coordination skills.
