If you are passionate about delivering excellence and contributing to a fast-paced production environment, we welcome your application. * Shift Executive – Finishing Operations Job Responsibilities – * Supervise finishing department operations during the assigned shift. * Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved. * Monitor finishing processes and maintain required production efficiency. * Guide and supervise machine operators and workers. * Maintain proper production records and shift reports. * Identify operational issues and take immediate corrective actions. Candidate Profile - * Degree or NDT in Textile. * 10 years’ experience with minimum 5 years’ experience in a fabric mill. * Understanding of fabric geometry and behavior. * Sound knowledge of finishing machinery and its functions (Slitting, Stenters, Dryers, Compactors). * Ability to absorb work pressure and work on Shift basis.
