Executive – Fleet Administration Job location - Colombo Job Responsibilities Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, delivery KPIs, and align transport schedules with customer needs. Oversee preventive maintenance, ensuring vehicles are roadworthy, compliant, and fully documented. Arrange breakdown assistance, recovery operations, and control costs through fuel efficiency measures. Optimize routes, minimize idle time, and enforce driver safety and transport policies. Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with traffic, labor, and environmental regulations. Prepare and submit periodic transport performance and monthly fleet analysis reports. Candidate Profile Minimum 3 passes at GCE A/L Strong knowledge of transport operations, route planning, and basic vehicle maintenance. Computer literacy in MS Office, fleet management software, or GPS tracking. 1–2 years of relevant experience. Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
