FILING INFORMATION Position Executive – SBP (Surface Business Partner) and Franchisee Development Department Operations, Express Business Location Kolkata Band 2 Reporting To Sr. Manager - FMLM ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Key responsibilities * Support in Lead sourcing, identification, selection and on-boarding of franchises. * Process hire, train and inspire the new onboarded franchisees/ SBP. * Developing franchising opportunities and offering continuous support to franchisees, to ensure the overall success of the company as well as the franchise. * Ensure planning and managing the franchisees/ SBP business and services and performance. * Streamline these for efficient communication between company's internal teams and Franchisees/ SBP as per organizational requirement * Regular interval franchise performance to be evaluated. * Ensuring franchise compliance with franchise/ SBP agreement. * Regular interaction company and franchise/ SBP * Setting up processes that develops mutual performance objectives, financial sustainability for productive partner relationship. * Comply with GHSE requirement to attain our goal of ZERO HARM (Zero fatality/serious incident, zero overdue actions, timely reporting of all hazards/occurrences, implementation of standard operating procedure and risk assessment control measures, HSE training compliance, energy conservation, environment protection, road safety and compliance of Audit/Assessment/Reality Check) * Communicating with regional business managers and ensuring that all processes flow smoothly. * Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (Business development/ Sales, Operations) in order to meet franchise/ SBP performance objectives. QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES   * Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with deep understanding of Franchisee Business * Minimum of 4 -10 years of experience in Franchisee development * Good communication skills backed by strong listening skills to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Demonstration of strong planning skills essential and good project management skills * Good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with/coach senior leadership. * Strong desire to improve our service, products, and processes, with ability to drive continuous improvement. * Ability to work across the business to implement and execute change. * Ability to impact organization results through influence across organizational boundaries. * Strong networker, influencer, and team player.
