Sophos Speech and Academics is seeking an Executive Function Coach with a passion for supporting students through skill-building, confidence, and meaningful connection. Executive Function Coaches work directly with students to strengthen skills such as organization, planning, time management, task initiation, sustained attention, and self-advocacy. Our coaches are trusted experts and have the autonomy to individualize strategies and tools based on each student’s needs. Responsibilities include working 1-on-1 with students who struggle with executive functioning skills, supporting students with homework planning and academic organization, helping students develop routines and systems that promote independence, and collaborating closely with parents and teachers to ensure consistency across home and school environments. Candidates must be available during some or most of the required hours (8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.) and able to commute to Sophos Speech and Academics at 11250 N. Tatum Blvd, Suite C-104. The ideal candidate is personable, enjoys working with children, listens well, responds thoughtfully to teacher and parent input, and is professional, reliable, and consistent. Job Type: Contract Part-time or Full-Time Salary: $30-$35/hour
