• To support the commercial team for weekly/monthly reporting (utilization report, fleet status report, MMR backlog reports, weekly marketing updates – minutes of meeting)
• To be responsible for Sales and Purchase enquiries, actively engaging with buyers for vessels to be disposed, sourcing for candidates which Group/BU wishes to pursue
• To be responsible for closing of a sale/purchase transaction, including handling all documents related to the Protocol of delivery and acceptance and liaison with departments such as legal and accounts for invoicing
• To assist in the planning of marketing events and activities

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year in offshore support vessel (OSV) sales and purchase experience or commercial support experience in similar industry
• Minimum diploma in Business or Maritime studies
• Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential
• Highly organized, resourceful, proactive and meticulous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
